Kids Ministry at Harvest Church
At Harvest Church our kids (infant to Grade 7) experience safe, age-appropriate environments where they learn about Jesus in a creative and relevant way.

Your first visit
Here's what to expect when visiting Harvest Kids for the first time:
First, find the Harvest Kids sign up table at the entrance to the church. There we will meet your family and check your child into our system.
Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):
- Parent/guardian name(s)
- Child's name
- Child's birthdate
- Home address
- Phone number
- Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children
How check-in works
Before Service: You can check-in your child anytime before the service. We will create a name tag for them that they wear during their time at Harvest.
During Service: Our babies and toddlers room is opening from 9am and if you would like to take your child right away, a member from the Harvest Kids team will show you where the rooms are located.
We love having kids part of our service and so we encourage children to join us in the main service for the first few songs. After about the third song, we will make an announcement and all the kids will head out with our amazing trained Harvest Kids helpers to their kids church.
In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s identification code will appear on the screen. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room.
After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
